This Iberian shoulder is a very balanced piece between price, flavor and maximum quality. With red seal of the Iberian standard.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Appearance: Homogeneous to the cut, Fine cuts with fat infiltrated into the muscle mass. Characteristic veining.

Color: Between pink and purple-red of the meat and yellowish white of the fat. Consistency: Firm and homogeneous texture, not very fibrous, without pastiness.
