This Iberian shoulder is a very balanced piece between price, flavor and maximum quality. With red seal of the Iberian standard.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Appearance: Homogeneous when cut, thin cuts with fat infiltrated in the muscle mass. Characteristic marbling.

Color: Between pink and purple red meat and yellowish white fat. Consistency: Firm and homogeneous texture, little fibrous, without pastiness.

Delicate flavor, not excessively salty, with a pleasant and natural aroma.
