Organoleptic characteristics:
Appearance: homogeneous when cut, thin cuts with fat infiltrated in the muscle mass. Characteristic marbling.
Color: Between pink and purple red meat and yellowish white fat. Consistency: Firm and homogeneous texture, little fibrous, without pastiness.
Ingredients: Iberian pork ham, salt, sugar, acidity corrector (E 331iii), preservatives (E 252, E 250), antioxidant (E 301).
