The paleta or paletilla is one of the best-selling products, obtained from the front leg of the Iberian pig, in the case of Iberian paletas, or cebo Iberian paletas, and from the white pig in the case of serrano paletas. A paleta is just the right amount of ham for a small family, for events with few people, or simply to eat at home without rushing.
