This boneless acorn-fed Iberian shoulder comes from 100% purebred Iberian pigs that graze on cork and holm oaks and feed on acorns. The aging period is between 24 and 36 months in the continental climate of Guijuelo in natural dry rooms and cellars.
Characteristics:
This excellent ham is characterized by fine, long, well-rounded bones and adequate fat content with a tender texture.
