The 100% Iberian acorn-fed chorizo Cular de Bellota is the product of the selection of the best lean Iberian pigs that, after being cut into thick pieces to make the cut more attractive, is marinated with the best spices (paprika from the Denomination of Origin La Vera, garlic, sea salt...) and is stuffed into selected natural casings (cular). They are then matured for 4 to 6 months in the unique air of Guijuelo. At the end of the curing process, they pass through a wooden bell for a few hours, where the oak charcoal burns very slowly, which dries the product slightly and gives it a delicate aroma. The result is a natural product with a fine texture and an exquisite, smooth flavor due to its minimal preservatives. Minimal amount of fat.
