Jamón de la Alpujarra is a product produced in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park in Granada under the "Jamón de la Alpujarra" Guarantee Mark.
The ham produced in the so-called Alpujarras, has been traditionally recognized as a quality ham, always a natural product thanks to the knowledge of the master ham makers and the climatic conditions of the Alpujarra.
