Jamón de la Alpujarra is a product produced in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, in Granada under the "Jamón de la Alpujarra" Guarantee Mark. It comes from the prestigious Duroc breed, and also with a fantastic curing process of more than 24 months, making this ham a unique product.
The ham produced in the so-called Alpujarras, has traditionally been a ham traditionally recognized as a quality product, always a natural product thanks to the knowledge of the master ham makers and the climatic conditions of the Alpujarra.
