This acorn-fed Iberian shoulder has been produced in a traditional and natural way in the Sierra de Huelva or Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche, a region well known in the ham industry for the great quality and flavor of its acorn-fed Iberian hams and shoulders. Its most famous towns for their excellent Iberian hams are Cala, Cortegana, Cumbres Mayores or Jabugo.
