Acorn-fed Iberian Ham from the Alpujarra is a product produced in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park in Granada under the "Jamón de la Alpujarra" Guarantee Mark.
The ham produced in the so-called Alpujarras, has been traditionally recognized as a quality ham, always a natural product thanks to the knowledge of the master ham makers and the climatic conditions of the Alpujarra.
One of the characteristics of this Serrano ham is its preparation with sea salt as the only ingredient in addition to the ham itself, always free of additives or preservatives. The curing process is also 100% natural, carried out in artisanal facilities.
