Iberian Bellota Ham from the Sierra de Huelva, made from 100% Iberian pigs fed with acorns in montanera.
The breed of Iberian pigs from which this ham is obtained is "Manchado de Jabugo".
Cured for between 36 and 48 months, only Iberian ham and sea salt are used in its preparation. It has a black seal of the Iberian standard.
