The 100% Acorn-fed Iberian Ham from the Alpujarra is a product made in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, in Granada under the Guarantee Brand “Jamón de la Alpujarra”.
The ham made in the so-called Alpujarras has been a ham traditionally recognized as quality, always a natural product thanks to the knowledge of the master ham makers and the climatic conditions of the Alpujarra.
One of the characteristics of this serrano ham is the preparation with sea salt as the only ingredient in addition to the ham itself, always free of additives or preservatives. The healing process is also 100% natural, taking place in artisanal facilities.
