Acorn-fed Shoulder (4.5Kg) from the Sierra de Huelva, made from 100% Iberian pigs fed with acorns in montanera. Cured for between 24 and 36 months, only Iberian ham and sea salt are used in its preparation. It has a black seal of the Iberian standard.
It is accompanied by a magnificent first-class Iberian chorizo (350g), a first-class Iberian salchichón (350g) and a wonderful 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin.
